Effectiveness of Implementing Solar Energy Power Generation Policies within the 5th Airborne of the Royal Thai Air Force in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research are (1) to assess the effectiveness of implementing solar energy power generation policies within the 5th Airborne of the Royal Thai Air Force in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, (2) to compare the samples' opinions toward theimplementation of solar energy power generation policies within the 5th Airborne of the Royal Thai Air Force in Prachuap Khiri Khan province categorized by demographic characteristics, and (3) to describe the relationship between factors of implementing solar energy power generation policies and effectiveness of implementing solar energy power generation policies within the 5th Airborne of the Royal Thai Air Force in Prachuap Khiri Khan province the research was conducted using a quantitative research method. A total of 246 samples were collected, consisting of civil servants, government employees, and employees of the 5th Airborne. Data collection was performed through the use of a questionnaire. Various statistical techniques were employed for data analysis, including Frequency, Percentage, Standard Deviation, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation the research findings were as follows: (1) the implementation of the solar energy power generation policies in the 5th Airborne of the Royal Thai Air Force in Prachuap Khiri Khan province was highly effective. (2) The comparison of opinions regarding the implementation of solar energy power generation policies within this unit, categorized based on demographic characteristics, revealed that there were no significant differences in opinions among the personnel, and (3) the relationship between the factors of implementing solar energy power generation policies and effectiveness of implementing solar energy power generation policies within the 5th Airborne of the Royal Thai Air Force in Prachuap Khiri Khan province had a highly positive relationship.
