Effectiveness of the Electronic Correspondence System of the Samut Sakhon Provincial Prosecutor's Office

Abstract
Objectives of the research (1) to assess the level of effectiveness of the electronic file system of the Samut Sakhon Provincial Prosecutor's Office; (2) to compare the effectiveness. classified by personal factors; and (3) to test the relationship between work motivation and effectiveness. Quantitative research. The sample was 119 people. The research instrument used questionnaires, statistics used, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-value, one-way variance. and Pearson correlation. The results of the research (1) The level of effectiveness was found to be at the highest level. (2) The comparison of effectiveness classified by personal factors found that the educational level and different job positions. There were different opinions on the effectiveness and (3) the relationship found that. There was a relatively high level of positive correlation.
