Effectiveness of Managing Hospital Samut Sakhon Provincial Prison

Abstract
The three objectives of this study were (1) to assess the effectiveness of the management of hospital Samut Sakhon Provincial Prison (2) to compare the effectiveness of hospital management Samut Sakhon Provincial Prison classified by personal factors and (3) to test the relationship between service and management effectiveness of healthcare facilities Samut Sakhon Provincial Prison. This research is a quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 330 peoples, including inmates in Samut Sakhon Provincial Prison. Collect data using questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-value, one-way variance and Pearson correlation. The results of the research (1) The level of effectiveness was found to be at the highest level (2) The comparison of effectiveness classified by personal factors found that personnel with different sexes. There were different opinions on effectiveness and (3) the relationship between service and effectiveness found that There was a relatively high level of positive correlation.
