Successes of Organizational Development according to Public Sector Management Quality Award; Subdistrict Municipalities Bangsapan District Prachuabkirikhan Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) explore successes of Organizational Development according to Public Sector Management Quality Award; Subdistrict Municipalities Bangsapan District Prachuabkirikhan Province. 2) compare successes of Organizational Development according to Public Sector Management Quality Award among respondents ‘attitude via demographic factors. 3) explain correlation between critical success factors with successes of Organizational Development according to Public Sector Management Quality Award.4) verified capability of critical success factors to forecast successes of Organizational Development according to Public Sector Management Quality Award. This was quantitative approach, sample were 162 personnel attached to Subdistrict Municipalities Bangsapan District Prachuabkirikhan Province. Questionaries were data gathering tools. Analytical statistics were percentages standard deviation mean, t test ANOVA F a Pearson correlation and Multiple Regression. Major findings were as follows;           1) successes of Organizational Development according to Public Sector Management Quality Award; Subdistrict Municipalities Bangsapan District Prachuabkirikhan Province. were high level.           2) successes of Organizational Development according to Public Sector Management Quality Award among respondents ‘attitude via demographic factors were not difference.           3) correlation between critical success factors with successes of Organizational Development according to Public Sector Management Quality Award were statistical positive moderate high correlation at .01 level.
